Kate of Gaia has the idea of "legal birth name fraud" and perhaps some information that perhaps is only relevant if you know the right person. However, the point is clear - you're enslaved to a system based on your legal name. It explains why many Americans do not own bank accounts, or government accounts of any kind especially in rural areas.

However the intended audience is likely city folk. However, if my stated vote is ENxx I may change it to INxx
