	ExTJ-type narcissist has as you say "excessive need for admiration, lack of empathy and inflated sense of self-importance." Driven by extroverted thinking this person is compelled to rack up accomplishments. ExFx-type narcissist forces an entourage (often a whole family or a work group) to view the world through their introverted-feeling lens. No one's views nor any logic can take precedence over their "specialness" which must be preserved at all costs. Extreme measures of vindictiveness are meted out to non-believers. Constantly sniffing around for signs of disloyalty. It is worth considering whether empathy misused toward manipulation and emotional control of others may be worse than the simple lack of empathy.

	Yep. Narcissism is quite a bad thing to have because it makes one feel as if they have no true purpose because for so long their goals, desires, and efforts to succeed have all been done out of a desire to appear rather than truly be. It seems the only cure is to rid yourself from the world.
